
Terms of payment and cancellations.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS FOR ALL SERVICES
An upfront payment of the full amount is required 7 days before scheduled dog sitting service.
Long-term Dog walking services are billed in advance for the entire month, and need to be settled within 14 days of invoice received.
Payments can be processed through:
- Direct Bank Transfer to our business account (details provided on the Booking Form/Invoice).
- Cash
- Stripe
- PayPal
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellation of visits care and dog walking services, a minimum notice of 24 hours is required.
For Pet Sitting, a notice of 2 weeks is necessary.
Failure to provide notice within these periods will result in the forfeiture of the deposit as a Cancellation Fee.
Holiday Period Cancellations:
- For Pet Sitting, a 14-day notice for Christmas and Easter is required.
Deposits may be retained as a cancellation fee if the required notice is not given.
